KCC and Trinity Hub
KCC and Trinity Hub (by ChurchSuite) are our space to connect and safely store information for everyone who is part of our church family.
It allows you to update your details, check your serving rota, monitor your donations and more. Your personal information is secure and you choose what gets shared and where.
Joining KCC and Trinity hub
You can join our hub by clicking on the link below and completing our connect form. By filling in this form, you agree to us storing your details in a secure database and you will be sent a weekly email of news of what's going on at KCC and Trinity.
If you are new to KCC we would love to invite you to join us at one of our connect lunches. Eating together is a great way to connect and you'll get to meet others who come to KCC. After the connect lunch we will send you login details to our hub.
Address book
Once you have been added to ChurchSuite you can view our church address book.. You will have the option of entering your name, email, phone number and address which you can make publically viewable or only viewable to the church team so we can keep in touch with you.
Children
On ChurchSuite you can add your children. You can add their details including any medical information or additional needs. You can also choose whether to give KCC consent to take photos or videos of your child for our internal or external publicity. These details will be used to sign in your children at KingsKids and Youth.
Giving
You can view your giving over the current year and previous tax years. You can also add a declaration allowing us to claim gift aid on your giving.
Podcast
We have a KCC podcast which allows you to catch up on any sermons you may have missed. As well as listening on the website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Soundcloud and all the usual podcast players you can also listen to the latest sermons through the ChurchSuite app.
Calendar
On ChurchSuite you can view the church calendar. You can look at the details of upcoming events and sign up or buy tickets.
Community groups
You can view details of the community group you're part of and search for the contact details of others who are in your group.
Rotas
There are plenty of ways to serve at KCC and if you are on a team, ChurchSuite allows you to view all the rotas in one place. You can add your unavailability for upcoming rotas and arrange a swap if you need to.
